Refund and Cancellation Policy
The refund and cancellation of the allotment of apartment
/ plot shall be strictly as per the terms and conditions
stipulated in Allotment Letter / Agreement of Sale
executed by between Hero Realty Private Limited and
Allotee(s) read with RERA Act, 2016.
Handover Policy
The handover of the apartment / plot shall be as per the
terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement to Sale
and shall be in conformity with the provisions of the RERA
Act, 2016.
